Default Harman Estates Calangute

Hello everyone and Happy New Year.

am about to make plans for heading out to Goa. Have seen a new offering on the (commercial url removed) site about new apartments in Calangute called "Harman Estates" also showing on the (commercial url removed). From their map it looks pretty close to the Infantaria bakery. Has anyone heard of it?. Those in Goa right now: any info/opinions/details would be mightily appreciated eg have they got the licences etc? Unable to get in touch with builder or agent so far. Thanks.

As you will see your post has been doctored for reasons of advertising
(bit like the BBC, but the have adverts abroad).
Therefore details are sketchy, but armed with the facts that it is near Infantaria I will look today. There are some new shops opposite there which have apartments above so that could be they. Will report back.

Cheers

Mike

thanks Mike. Didnt mean to advertise for them!!. from what I can gather on the 'map' they provide of location, it is on the same side of the road as Infantaria at the first side road as you go Baga (so it would be the side road on the left). It also indicates 2 'existing buildings' touching on the baga road as part of the project. Really appreciate any info. Thanks again.

Went down this morning, before I read your latest post, with some more detail.
I went down the first road,or small lane next to Infantaria (the Red Lion Pub is down there) and it brings you back to the Bus Station. There is evidence of some building work but nothing extensive, and of course no boards or signs
saying Harman Estates or any other details. Will look down the second road to the left tomorrow. You could of course send me a private message with the
website details on.

Cheers for now

Mike
