Default In Goa we trust.

Has any one had a look at the Wikileaks site: In Goa we trust. The murder of British school girl Scarlet keeling. I think the lawyer must have released these documents on to the internet. They include the autopsy photographs, reports and other related documents.Including letter from her family.Contracts with channel 4.The photographs are very graphic, so be careful when viewing. There is also a section on the mysterious death of a Russian national and the Bennet murder .

Love to see the channel 4 documentry about this death, but that poor girl how she suffered. The PM photographs were horrific, obviously cut the sides of her mouth to widen access to lungs etc ,for evidence. How the hell the Goans tried to cover this one up is mind blowing,it is getting a very very dangerous place to live in,even taking a holiday in with those other reported deaths, the sea snake death was an eye opener too ,bad publicity????.

Just read in Goan voice that there is an argument going on between the Russian Consul in Mumbai and the Goan authorities about the custody of two Russian teenagers bodies who were murdered in Vagator in 2007 ! Apparently the Russians want them back in Russia and the Goans want a letter from their parents authorising them......I never heard about this and i was living in Arpora at the time.

No way Vikram Varma voluntarily released his emails with his clients. There are sensitive issues such as the contract for 15000£ with Fiona. Lots of documents not related to the Scarlett Keeling case are present. Some letter from an Indian disgruntled AFP employee to Varma who seems to be preparing himself to sue AFP, Russian Consulate correspondence etc...
What is the logic of displaying all his emails with his clients to the general public ? I would be really pissed if he was my lawyer.

Thats what i couldnt understand too.Perhaps its Vikrams clerk. But who ever it was has access to his Emails and personal files. It makes you wonder which side Varma is batting for .......! Some of the documents are definitely sub judicial because the case is still on going and the defence barristers could make hay with this lot in the Keeling case.Especially the documents regarding payments to her mother from Channel 4.

No matter who reported who to what, those people are animals. Not the fact it happened but the attempted cover up,the police and politicians are hand in glove. The Goans ,lets face it are primitive people, its only the unwashed DSS idiots in the UK ,who know nothing, never been further than a bus ride to the local pub who can defend that lot,so many murders, rapes ,violent crime, most of it never makes the paper, but thats it,being primitive they do not understand pain and suffering, and think they can just walk away from acts like that free of guilt, looking for their next fenny or conquest ,probably both together. Those people will never improve,my dentist (Goan)puts it into prospective, she says the top 10% of the brain(the thinking part) is burnt away through the sun, probably so,I cannot help thinking those bastards will be climbing trees next. Its beyond hope.

I think you have gone too far and are verging on racism in your reply. Most of the crimes committed in Goa are actually committed by out of staters.Goa is actually a very small state. The population i think is around a couple of hundred thousand, perhaps 3 or 4 lakh at the most.Goa was quite stable in regards of crime and criminals until around 8 years ago. Then the Konkan Railway came through it and suddenly the rest of India had access and that includes the lowest of the low lifes of Bombay. You can accuse the Goans of being lazy and most will agree with you on that score. Village life and extended families in Goa were stabilisers.Being labelled a criminal was tantamount to being exiled into limbo and that meant being an outsider. There are two elements i see here and one is the attraction of the Riviera of India, Goa, gambling and prostitution and cheep booze.Gullible westerners with lots of money to spend. Two a police force that's been politicised beyond hope with senior officers totally incompetent and for the most part ignorant and stupid and politicians like the Minister for Tourism Mickey Pacheco and Chief Minister Digamber Kamat, who are only in office because they bought their seats of office by bribes and vote banks.Dont get into racism,it spoils the debate.

Racism?just what is happening to the FN property owners in Goa??? not racism,or is racism a one sided flow. If rumours are correct and you are white and owning a property in Goa, your electric billing in the future will be at least 15% and upwards more than an Indians, and thats the start, the electricity dept.,are surveying every white occupied property at the moment for this event.

How do you equate murder and robberies with a 15% rise in your electricity charges ? The Electric Department, like ours in the UK and most of Europe, have to tweek the figures to get as much out of the consumers as possible because of the rise in oil and natural gas prices .In the UK last Winter mine went up 35% and the gas 30%(roughly) so in Goa you had it easy. Some bright spark(sorry for the pun) in the ED must have thought if the westerners are buying properties using shell companies, then they are commercial concerns and the tariff must be the same as hotels. The fact that most hotels fiddle the meters is irrelevant to this argument:.... He probably got promoted for this idea and is now the proud owner of a Tata Nana ( buy one and get a free coffin) car now.

pointing out moral turpitude backed by historical and current facts is not racism
