We will be travelling to Goa first week of January and I am looking for a good price on a flight via Mumbai preferable with Jet airways. My daughter is threatening to join us, but just for a week and needs a cheap charter from Gatwick. can anyone recommend a UK travel agent or web site where we can find some good deals?

www.charterflights.co.uk
www.southalltravel.com usually do a good price on jet
Kingfisher is coming in Dabolim from Heathrow - just had a look on Southall site and it is £265 return - could not believe it so went back and checked and still comes up the same. Jet is £434 jan - march

Have 2 lots of friends who have come out here with Kingfisher via Bangalore and said the flights were fine - as good as any they have flown with (including Jet).

It is not a case of not having the flights filled - this is a new route which is just coming into operation. Kingfisher have been flying to Goa via Bangalore for a while now and decided to do the Mumbai one before all this "credit crunch" came about so they were commited to the route.
Depending on when your daughter is coming out via charter - get her visa and then look for a 'cheapie" nearer to the date. Last month there were charters coming from East Midlands Airport - one of the dearer ones - for about £250 return before the first week in December and it will be the same in January (I am guessing).
Keep looking at wwwcharterflights.co.uk they are the best.

Well we are out in early January and would be happy to show our appreciation with a drink, just let us know where you hang out and we will try to find you. Last time we came out we paid around £450 each so it we are delighted to get the flights so much cheaper this time.

I see kingfisher are doing flights from LHR to goa via bangalor for £299 at the end of jan /feb. A lot of travel companies have dropped them because they keep on canceling flights. Has anyone used them or had any issues in the uk. they were very good in India
