Completely confused, either I have had too much sun and 'noffi, or he is a complete Pratt whose brain has been frozen with the UK's recent weather.

and how do i know this? my b/f is from west bengal and a bar manager and most of my friends are outer state workers, they see life as it is out here, they live it everyday unlike tourists and i know for a fact that they much prefer the brits to the russians or the domestic tourists.

I've had English girlfriends just as you've had Indian boyfriends. I have a son who is half English, gets on with us all no problems. 2007 two of my English (white) friends with me for a holiday to Punjab. We had a great time.
