Default Contact Lenses

Has anybody got any idea of the current price of daily and monthly contact lenses? Thanks.

Currently in the UK about £90 for Gas Permeable (less 50% if you are in insurance scheme). I just paid £60 for some high permeability ones (yes I am in a scheme).

I got a pair in Candolim last year for about £30

Have no idea about soft lenses or dailies

Hi Noni
I bought soft contacts a few weeks ago in Mapusa and wished I hadn't!

As usual it turned out to be a rip-off, mis-sold by an idiot.

A later visit to the wonderful lady optician (NO shop, just does eye-tests) revealed the mistakes made and her opinion of Goan Opticians,
"They are either con-artists trying to sell overpriced goods to gullible customers or simple shop-keepers who could just as well be selling garments or onions!"
They are so cheap on the internet, the savings tp be made are not worth the hassle, have a look here

Hi Noni
I use ContactLensCentre online. One month supply of daily disposables is approx £40. The more you buy the cheaper they are. And they usually deliver within about 2 days. (UK). Good make too, Acuvue.
