Riverside Apartments is not a scam. The project is already complete and there are a few apartments left. The developer is Asian Constructions. Google it and go on to their own website where you will also find the lastest ongoing projects & pictures and the list of apartments available. Contact them directly to save Agent's commission.

They are reputable and their build quality is also good. I would highly recommend them.
