Business Visas
HAS ANY ONE BEEN SUCCESSFUL WITH GETTING A BUSINESS VISA 
I WAS TOLD BY MY ADVOCATE TO GO TO BIRMINGAM TO GET BUSINESS VISA AS THEY ARE FRIENDLIER THAN IN LONDON.
BUT NOW I HEAR THAT IT IS QUITE DIFFICULT THERE TOO.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
COULD SOMEBODY WHO HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL PLEASE GIVE ME AN EXACT LIST OF WHAT TO BRING?

It's a beach retreat, that offers accommodation, different therapies, personal chef etc. It's small scale. Only 7 rooms. Will be employing goan locals, hopefully we'll be one big happy family!!!It's called Equilibrium House, Beach Reatreat and it's private ltd.
It's alredy set up, just need the blinking visas.

Copany Papers, tax returns, lease agreement, Pan card both personal and Business, Bank account details, RBI approval ect. It is getting harder now but if you comply with the rules you should get your Visa.

PAN _ Permanent Account Number - is the number you will put on your tax retrurns it has your photo and the number is used for anything from income tax to banking etc
Easy to obtain through an accountant
RBI again your accountant should do this for you - get him or her working for you!!!!
