Default Living in Stuttgart - job problems

Hello,

I have been living in Stuttgart now for almost 4 years. Although I have been here a while, I have been having difficulty getting a proper job or gaining a position at school to study further. I have a BA in psychology which I know nowadays is not enough. My German is good but not perfect so I know it will be difficult to get a job in my field. Through an integrations course I did a 4 week internship at a trauma therapy practice but I felt it was not for me because it was too difficult for me to handle mentally.

I was just wondering if anyone else is struggling like I am work-wise? Does anyone know if I have to get my grades translated from English to German to improve my chances of getting into school?

Thank you.
