Been applying for nz prior, but due to personall cercomstances had to withdraw, was planning on applying again, but with current labour market, not looking good,
so, obviously(hope this doesn't sound stupid) there are are supermarkets in germany? with refrigeration? loads of people with a/c, so guess there is a need for fridgeys there, hows the language barrier weather, house prices etc.

Do you mean you want a job servicing fridges and air conditioning systems? I take it you are in that business now? Yes, Germany's supermarkets have fridges, and stores have air conditioning. Not many homes have air conditioning, as its a moderate climate here.
You would need a knowledge of German and a job before you got here. Also its best to take a look at a country before moving to it.
