Good morning all
My wife and I are planning to make a permanent move to Charente Maritime early in 2010. I am a British citizen whilst my wife is an American citizen living in the UK on a spouse visa. Are there any visa/immigration issues that we need to be aware of regarding the move to France?

as Ka Ora! mentioned, this query has been covered a number of times before so if you do a search, you should hopefully find the answers to most of your questions. The USA embassy in France also has a helpful website, which covers residence requirements etc.
