Default Travelling From Paris CDG Airport

Can I get a TGV express directly from the airport to Poitiers/Angouleme? If travelling early-March, would I need to reserve seats in advance? Coming from outside Europe to view some properties.

go directly to sncf.fr website. There is an english option.

I looked for 1 ticket one way on March 5th for you, here are the options :

Yes, it is better to book in advance for slightly cheaper tickets and since it is TGV, seat reservations are mandatory.

I think the site is easy enough to use, if you need help then let us know. However, I'm not sure if you can have e-tickets so you may need to go to the train station at the airport to pick them up. In my experience, this isn't difficult and there is a special booth for tgv so it shouldn't take you too long.

bon voyage!

The TGV station is in Terminal 2 two floors down.
There are not too many trains each day so the timing may be difficult depending on your arrival time.
The destinations are Toulouse or Bordeaux or Hendaye.
I can't get e-tickets often for this route but if you have a European credit card then it should work in the machines.
If you have a USA credit card then you may need to go to the ticket office.

Mercy buckets. Why your doubts concerning e-tickets? The option appears on the site. I have a UAE credit card but a UK debit card. Hope I can use the latter.

Sometimes the e-tickets are available, sometimes not.
I couldn't get one at beginning of February.
I would have if I could.
If your e-ticket is checked on the train, you need to show photo I.D. - so keep your passport handy.
The credit card is used in the machines to verify the transaction.
It is the yellow machines for the TGV not the blue ones .
No money is taken at that time because you have already paid.
You can press the UK flag on the machine to get the instructions in English.
