Default Sport on french TV

We are alternating between some UK TV and have access to french TV also. However I would like to find a way of getting some sports channel, as this year I am really missing watching my winter sports, which used to appear on Eurosport when we had it. What boxes are there in the supermarkets thatare cheap and would allow me to watch sports channels? Not too fussed on anythng else as we do not watch much TV.

I believe Eurosport Germany is on Astra at 19.2°E but it's German language and does not carry the English sound stream failing that you would have to stump up for Canal+

Our Orange Livebox is dripping sports channels. I may well be paying extra for them, but whatever.

You also need a minimum bandwidth to be able to have the service otherwise they just give you a dish and satellite decoder for the service

Well yes. But that was one of the things we checked before deciding where to buy. One among many.

I tested the line whilst on the first viewing it had to be in the VDSL2 limits

There are a few streaming sites for watching TV (if you have internet)
