Given the stuff about satnavs not being allowed to highlight speed cameras, this site may be helpful regarding red lights, shared by a French friend.

I would agree, I know of several permanent cameras here, that are not shown; this seems to be the main cities/towns. I shall keep my satnav with its warnings; as far as I am concerned it reminds me of speed, rather like a static sign on the side of the road.
