Default question for holiday rental owners ...

is it just me or does it seem like people are not booking holidays this summer (particularly from the UK)? I'm assuming it has something to do with the volcano, hung parliament, low ££ and nice weather over there that's not helping!!

It's the norm, That being said we were booked up early but normally only get French and Spanish.

Depends where your looking, Holiday letters don't usually want longer term lets. Because of the obscure housing laws.

It is true to say English are not coming but the Aussies are now 70% of our business,Americans 20% and the Brits bring up the rear with New Zealand and Canada.
The cost per enquiry has shot up.
