Protest's "What this Time"

Anyone know what the protest in France yesterday were about, A bunch of Teepee's had been put up outside the Capitol Building in Toulouse. Last night the City Police were moving on a few undesirables I caught the last few seconds of it on the news in the bar but the sound was not on.
