Parcel sent from England on 21st Mar first class on Royal Mail Airsure, where is it?

Parcel sent from England on 21st Mar first class on Royal Mail Airsure, where is it?
Title says it all really, it is tracked til it leaves UK, for a couple of days it says it has been passed over to France for overseas delivery.
It was sent Mon 21st, and should have arrived today, Thurs 24th, but didnt.
I live in an apartment upstairs but the buzzer did not buzz, and I do not have any slip in my mailbox.
What is going on?
It contains my medicine which I can't get in France so is quite important.

Coincidentally we received yesterday 26th a parcel via the same system.
It was postmarked 18th March in UK.
It seemed a very very slow service but it was only a CD and not as urgent as medicine.

its bad because they say 3 working days but this is just a disgrace that its not

i hope it arrives tomorrow morning, i've read some horror stories about royal mail airsure on the internet

Can you get them to send it just regular 1st class next time??
We run a business here and plain 1st class post between the UK and here normally takes 2-3 days but anything registered or insured takes around 7 - 10 days! Not worth the extra money in my opinion when it takes 2-3 times as long.....
