Default Nurse RGN can I work in Languedoc?

I am a qualified RGN, we want to move to near Beziers, I need to improve my french but can anyone tell me if I can get a job here, maybe for a start as an auxillary? If so can you tell me where to apply. Thanks Beth

Don't have an answer for you, but also interested in topic. Am RN with 15 years of experience but only beginners French. Am registered in Australia but not yet UK, think UK registration is transferable. Does anyone know whether working as 'private' nurse is workable, perhaps doing homecare or caring for english speaking tourists etc. Am very interested to hear comments. Will be based in Paris. Otherwise it's washing dishes or teaching english(or both) for me...Jaba.
