Looking for smaller house north of the Provencal / south of Grasse
Hi, we're looking for a house/row house/larger flat on ground floor in or around Biot, Valbonne, Mouans Sartoux or Opio? We're two adults and one 5 year old.
We're non french, but speak fairly good french and have worked in the area before, although we lived elsewhere then.
We got a budget of €1500/month, but fear that it won't be enough??
We've got a flat in Nice as we'll be coming down, but we're looking at findign a place to rent initially, with the prospect to find something to buy later on.
Any help appreciated. I got a C.I.D with a french company, and they've offered me some "free of charge" assistance (did they say it was govt founded - not sure) through a real-estate agent to scout opportunities for us. Any one got any experience of this? How should we best make use of it?
