Long let for house in France
Our house in North Deux Sevres hasn't sold so we want to let. Lots of sites to advertise on require a fee up front without any guarantee, so where is the best place to find tenants, preferably from the UK?

Thanks, have done that, we are with 3 local agents but as the house is to UK standards, no bidet, toilets in bathrooms, Sky+ TV etc. and due to high spec it falls outside their normal letting range.

Hi knightStyle79
Long shot but if you are still looking in July I maybe interested. Send me some pics by PM. And some proper details. We want something quite large with an acre. At least 4 beds, a gite as an extra would be a bonus but not essential. We would want to rent for at least a year if it's right.
We would also need a school within walking distance.
You never know. You maybe saying yes yes and yes!
You can fall back on this offer later xx
