Default Lawnmowers

I hate gardening and mowing the lawn for me is a nightmare. I had bought a lawnmower from Mr Bricolage a few years back - the front leftwheel has bust and apparently they cant find a replacement - they can't even find my model of mower!! It cost me 400€ this thing
so I'm not happy. The grass is knee high now is I'm really going to have to do something about it.
Anyway, I want a Flymo XL500, which I have seen at Amazon UK, but they don't send to France And in France I have seen them at 879euros, which is a complete rip off.

Anybody know this mower or anywhere in France I can find one at a reasonable price?? Is this a good mower and is it worth going back to the UK to get it??

What is the make and model of the bust one? Shoe horning a pair of new wheels on it should be no issue. A few universal wheels to be had here...

They have the Flymo as well, Give em a bell they will probably ship it out to France.

Bricolage are useless rip off merchants, Our local one had the plastic pipe kits "the one for fitting the brass ends" in it for 350 euros same kit in all the other diy chains is 79 euros. I went in with my receipt from casto and a screenshot of their web page and asked if they were sure the price was right

Cheers for that, however its a traction mower and (apparently) you can't put on any old wheel - probably their way of saying buy another one from us
The make is a McCulloch, but its not made by them, they don't make anything, its just a name. It was supposedly the dogs bollocks, but I've found it useless. The traction is half knackered so I end up dragging the mower around and now the wheel is bust. What gets my goat is that I'm forever telling people to avoid buying from there as the stuff is crap and it will be impossible to find spares - So I feel bit of a fool doing exactly the opposite!!

The magic mowers site looks promising though it says they will only ship 2kg max to the continent - I'll give them a ring tommorrow to see if they can make an exception.
