Hi and welcome to BE,

I'm afraid I can't help with your query as I am not in France but I'm sure someone will be along soon who will be able to give you some pointers.

In the meantime take some time to look around the site and the forums and get to know everyone.

If you get stuck on antyhign site related please don't hesitate to contact myself, Mitzyboy or Ka Ora! or you can post in our Site Feedback forum anytime.

Hi from a fellow Héraultaise! I've been away and have only just seen your post.
Sète is a big town and the Mairie is sure to offer French lessons to foreigners.

If not, then try les Pages Jaunes or google Cours de Français Sète.

Hope this helps!

I have been looking into price for learning French in the Sete area and the prices seam very high. 4 weeks immersion 4000 euros with accommodation.
In the UK it's possible to do evening classes for 8 weeks and only £80, 100 euros.

I will be going early May and don't need accommodation as I'll have a campervan.

I'll keep looking but will probably make more contacts there.

Sorry, I thought you were living in Sète. If the Mairie does French lessons for foreigners, they would only be open to residents.
You could look on the Pages Jaunes under "cours de Français" and "Sète" - there are several results, from No. 6, but maybe you've already seen these? Otherwise you'll probably find something in Béziers....
