Hi everyone .....its been a long time since my trip and I am now over the disappointment of not moving to France. I thought it long over due for a visit to the forum just to see how you are all doing and to say thank you for the help.
Having read through many posts, it is nice to see familiar names and to see how much the forum has grown. Life over here in Australia remains busy and at the moment cold but summer will be here soon. Maybe one day we will be able to reconsider the move.

We wondered what happened and missed having you around

Thanks ..the education system and the age of my children became a stumbling block but my life is as always busy ....the children are all doing well, although the eldest has had health problems that I am quite pleased to be managing in English!! The OH is still travellling alot and has just returned from Paris but leaves for California next week .....he spent time in Brittany recently and visited the war cemeteries ..a very moving experience he said....and he plans to take our eldest in November when she does her trip to England and France with him.
I have enjoyed reading the many posts on the forum and seeing who did and didn't move etc and congratulations to Paulajayne on the upcoming nuptuals and also to cupoftea.
Take Care I will hopefully get tthe opportunity to visit France again next year.
