PJ PM'd me earlier this week, she was trying to find someone to do her nails, said she had bitten them down due to nerves!! I have never had even a manicure so it is all a mystery to me, we tried really hard to find someone to help but sad to say we failed - it seems that acrylic nails aren't too popular over here, they do "gel nails" however the all the beauticians who do or might do gel nails, (whatever they are ), are on holiday Can't get anything done here in August

So I wished her all the best but despite my best efforts she may well be wearing mittens tomorrow........

Well as of 3pm today im officially married - we had the civil ceremony today and we got time to sober up a little now before the big one at the chateau tomorrow - we had a few pics taken at the mairies today and will post some of them along with the proper pics from tomorrow ( as long as my photographer doesnt mind and he doesnt keep me to the copyright laws )
Well I am more nervous about tomorrow than today and no didnt get the manicure sorted ( luckily otherwise i would probably have bitten the false uns down )
Well be on soon as Ive had the festivities of tomorrow

I was in Tours today, shopping with my brother and my four children plus his two, all between 5 and 11.
I thought of you when I saw a nail salon specialising in all types of nails..... typical isn't it! Maybe these things only exist in big cities.

PJ looked absolutely stunning! She was surrounded by family & friends and the day passed without major incident, a great time being had by all. Just one of the many highlights was an impromptu performance from Jonathon singing as Elton John, with his mate Brett on the baby grand. There were tears.

Syb & I were fortunate to have been along to capture a few of the highlights on camera.

The bridesmaids were beautiful, and the best man was handsome. The weather was bright & sunny. Warm, but not hot and the location was breathtaking.

I'll put a few pics up that I've just had a little play with. These are for the forum, PJ hasn't even seen these yet, so forgive me Paula. But thanks to you both for a lovely day and night, and we'll hopefully see you both at Chateau Oiseau when Jonathon returns from his honeymoon on the QM2!

Did have a great time the chateau was magnificent not sure how the honeymoon went yet Mr PJ not back till tomorrow night and then only till Thursday.
Well got rid of all the family on Saturday so feeling a touch lonely now as we had 10 people staying here at one point, and now its back down to just me and Harmony who im losing tomorrow as its her first day at school and I am so nervous.

The photos are unbelievable - and there was no other photographer that we could have trusted to capture the special moment of the big Celeb wedding of Elton John

Wow! Just seen your post PJ. I must say I'm flattered. But, to shoot good images, the subject's got to be good too. I'm really pleased with the way these are turning out. Here's a few more lo-res images from the day. I know PJ's not seen these yet, but these are a few of the out-takes, and ones I've played with a bit. I have a growing collection of stuff ready for approval now. Hopefully, Paula's gonna come over soon, and we'll sort out the ones she wants for her chateau walls...
