I have a nice, solid stonebuilt farmhouse in central Brittany which I am thinking of renting out long-term. It has four bedrooms, a new kitchen, a living room, one bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Large garden, paddock, longere and barn. Very rural. In very good condition throughout and fully furnished with new furniture. Friendly neighbours (3 elderly gentlepersons). Would suit a relocating family looking to rent while they find a property to buy. The house is in the hamlet of Leimburel, near Poullaouen, between Huelgoat and Carhaix...2 hours drive from Dinard, which is 1 hour from Stansted.

Central Brittany is great for Brits as there are lots of us already established there with much advice to offer and very friendly.
