Help with P85
Dear all,
I recently moved to France and need some help with filling the P85 form.
I still own a house, which is currently rented out and managed by a letting agent.
the monthly rent I receive does not cover the mortgage of the house.
Does this mean I still need to fill the section 2 of the P85 form even if I do not make any profit on it ?

The P85 is optional not statutory and if you have no other taxable income in UK, interest from savings or investments etc. then it's largely irrelevant and filling it in serves little or no purpose.
