Oh yum, sounds nearly better than ice cream and chocolate! I wouldn't mind the recipe once we are esconced en Bretagne.

Am still recovering from introducing my French friend to England and Wales. I made the mistake of buying him a prize-winning Cornish pasty, which he considered 'degelas' /disgusting, only matched by our appalling habit of eating fry ups with sausages for hotel breakfasts...
