Default diagnostics report

Hi Everyone
A bit of advice please.
Thinking of buying a house in Payroux France. And i was going though the diagnostic and came a crossed this is it something i should be worried about. i've translated it so may not be prefect.

CONNECTION DIAGNOSIS

Conclusions of the control:
Anomalies noted:
- A leak is present at the lifting station. Indeed, the joints of the masonry parts are not
sealed therefore the raw sewage flows into the old pit.
- The backflow of raw wastewater from the dwelling is carried out in the connection box of the dwelling
#11. Except each dwelling must have its own connection box concerning the discharge of waste water.
Work to be done :
- Install a pre-fabricated and non-artisanal lifting station in place of the current one.
- Set up a connection box and connect the discharge of the future lifting station to it.
Comments:
- For the installation of the connection box, it is necessary to complete the corresponding form
available from the Eaux de Vienne center in Civray or on the website.
During the diagnosis, only the water points represented on the diagram and included in the tables
"destination of wastewater and rainwater" were declared by the person met at the time
of control.
The inspection was carried out on the basis of the documents and information provided by the owner and subject to
compliance with special specific connection conditions laid down in a subdivision regulation,
without taking into account any undeclared elements. The attached report is only valid as of the date of
control, and cannot take into account any modifications subsequently made to the installations.
When the house is sold, if the diagnosis of the connection is classified as Non-Compliant,
the work set out above must be undertaken by the purchaser within one year after the date of signature of the deed of sale.

This period may be shortened by decision of the community depending on the impact of the anomaly observed on
public health and the environment – Art18 of the Regulations for the Public Service for Collective Sanitation.

I’d prefer to see the original text but my suspicion based on your translation is that the waste drainage still passes through either a fosses or tout eau and old style pipes are still present. Translation big blocks of text can produce odd results

It’s not an uncommon situation where properties in towns and villages have gone from septic tanks to mains drainage.

Hi here is the original text.
