Cookery courses in France.
I have been asked by a friend if I could recommend any of the 100s of cookery courses available in France.
He has searched the internet and has found loads but is looking for perhaps some personal experience or recommendation.
The course would be for his wife as a present - not as a criticism of her cooking ability. IMHO she is a good cook.
They travel round France in a camper van so location is not a problem.
He is looking for a good level (not beginner) of french cuisine.
The language is not a problem so english speaking courses would be avoided.
Location is not a problem - probably preferred in the South.
Accommodation is not required.
