Contracted Hours

Contracted Hours
Hello there. I'm British and working in Paris in a restaurant. I have a 24 hour per week contract with them, a 104h/month contract. This is clearly stated on my contract. For the month of June they have only given me 88 hours. This is clearly not 104, are they not entitled (by law) to give me my full 104? I mean is this not why contracts are drawn up? So my question: they do or do not have to meet my 104h/month contracted hours.

Re: Contracted Hours
did you work 104 or 88???
whatever I would say they should pay you your contracted hours.. in the language school I work the hours are annual, but subject to certain conditions, we must honour thise hours (ie give them) or pay up

Re: Contracted Hours
I think the OP probably means they've only been allocated 88 hours on the rota for June ...
