hi there Phil1Jean1, I realise that I am repeating myself somewhat in these threads! Sorry
I would love to know too what the potential pitfalls are in car buying in France. I have read that you can drive around for quite a while in a British registered car, but I know that I read a thread on here somewhere that it is difficult to keep it out there. all the best
