Default buying vines

hi, i wonder if anyone can help. i am setting up a small vineyard in spain. i'd like to lay my hands on some syrah (shiraz) vines & maybe some mourvedre (as opposed to the spanish mourvedre known as monastrell).

do any of you who perhaps live in the rhone area know of any suppliers. can't find any by surfing.

many thanks

Thank you ka ora. A kiwi, I surmise. They used to sell an orange drink of the same name (kia-ora) in UK aeons ago. Now owned by Campbells Soup. Sadly no takers on my request for vine merchants, yet! It's an internet thing. thousands of hawkers on yank and aussie websites. The french - like the spanish - don't seem to have woken up to cyberpower.

Why don't you search for associations for regional wine growers?
It is possibly an internal market where if you are in the trade then you know where to go or ask.
Is this site of any help? http://www.vigneron-independant.com/
Good luck
