Hi,
We live in the north of the Hérault and Béziers is our TGV stop and nearest hospital for specialist consultations. Otherwise we avoid the place. Carcassonne or Perpignan are more attractive if you're looking for a big town. Some one will probably come along to say how nice Béziers is, so come on holiday to the Languedoc-Roussillon, to see for yourselves!

Hello

Avoid beziers, i work for company in beziers, the best thing about beziers is the new prison and the road out of beziers. narbonne is nice but windy and carcassonne is not bad. i live in asort of traingle between all three of them . 45 mins to beziers, 35 to narbonne and 30 to carca.

good luck

barney

The dog poo on some of the streets of Perpignan was shocking - even makes Paris look good! Other than that, nice area.

You should see the poo here The French here consider it lucky to step in dog poo, Personally I consider it lucky to not end up with any on my shoes.

I do remember back when Sarkozy won, Someone had printed little flags with him on put them on cocktail sticks and stuck them in all the dog poo's in the town, I chuckled for days

And the idiot that designed dog poo bins to be at chest/head height needs tying to one. Brings new meaning to "When the wind blows"
