Here we go....
i know the worlds economy is struggling, fuel costs,taxes,ressesion.........
but had the misfortune to take the worlds worst airline with my 19 month old son 2 weeks ago, i knew it was a mistake when i kept on recieving automated emails asking me to upgrade( ticked box for no emails )
With work a few years ago i would take a flight every 2 weeks to europe,disliked the service and attitude of airline.
Being with highly responsive staff(qoute) who were more intrested in there OK magazine and the half full plane, i had to ask twice for a safety belt and were missed for the "free" drink;
recieved a questioneire after asking about the flight,so i let rip and discribed 10 years of where they were going wrong......
I HATE BA...ryanair also but at least you know where you stand...
i see they made a loss this quarter,shame...
