Hi,

Am currently trying to sell flat in Grenoble. The block is managed by a conpany called regie immobilia and they are deciding soon whether to carry out much needed work on balconys and facade etc. If i sell and the works havez been agreed does antyone have any idea whether i am liable to pay for these or not ? There seems to be some confusion over it all. it is about 13000 euros worth of work which could end up a nightmare if i am liable

It would be better to talk it over with the Notaire that was used for the purchase. Possibly an Avocat as well. These things will all be tied up in the contract with the management company.
