Default Moving to HK - any help appreciated!!!

Hi,

I will be moving to HK very shortly and have heard the horror stories of the tiny apartments. Really looking for some advice - key criteria is:

budget less that 20k HKD per month and needs to be bigger than 600 square ft and close to Central station. Any advice on areas and good agents. Noticed that often they try and squeeze 2 or 3 bedrooms into a tiny apartment - would be happy with 1 at that size.

Any advice would be really appreciated

Thanks!!!!
