Help please. We live in France and one of our daughter who is 18 would like to buy a secondhand scooter to enable her to get to and from school. Could anyone please give me some info. We have seen some with number plates and some without. Does she have to have lessons or take a test etc? Any info would be most welcome. thank you.

I would think that if you asked at the shop that sells them they would give you the answers you need.
Or the police stations should have a traffic section to give you answers.
Good luck john
