Default Rental accommodation Czech

Hi, I’m going to venture out on my own and rent my own place in Olomouc, Czech. I have a residence application almost complete. Im back in the UK for a few months to work! Not much work in the summer time in Czech. Any way, whilst i am busy here i want to find some flat to rent. The only problem I have is if I contact a local estate agent, they are a bit suspicious. Is there any dedicated expat company I can use? Some one who can sort the paper work, reassure the landlord etc. rent is very cheap there, I had wash my eyes when I saw £500-600 a month including bills!!!

I’ve got job offers to go back to, mostly with main dealer garages, English speaking lessons etc. plus an opportunity to work self employed repairing used cars and selling them on.

but for now, need to build up the savings account.

I just spent 4 months solid there and absolutely adore the place. Lower income but quality of life for myself is amazing. I found out, that my surrounding is more important than a high income.

anyway, any advice will be appreciated

cheers
