In fact it depends of the client, but I can say that for long term
expatriation missions, we are not under frame agreement, so we will ask you
your expected monthly salary, as we pay you on days on AND off under
Previnter contract.

According to the results of a (French) Google search, a Previnter Contract seems to be a private social insurance for expats.
'Frame' might be a literal translation of "cadre" which means executive staff.
Not that this makes any more sense of the sentence!!
