Opening a bar in Paris
Hello
I'm looking for information on opening up a bar in Paris. I understand you can get help from the government and possibly the Mairie as well. I have already written to the Franco Britannique chamber of commerce requesting information. Does anyone know who else we can contact? We have all the information regarding the bar industry, great contacts at the breweries and loads of experience etc... we just need help with the financial help from the gov. and also what kind of company to open it up under etc... IE the cheapest but safest way to do it.
