No, you can't lose your citizenship. The thing with being present for a certain number of days (usually half a year per year) is generally to do with residency permits/certificates. Some countries might not allow dual-citizenship, meaning you'd have to give up one citizenship to become a citizen (not resident) of another country. Also I suppose acts of treason might result in you losing your citizenship, dunno.

It's all good then, both countries allow dual citizenship and I have no intentions of doing acts of treason, or renouncing it whatsoever.
