"Le Swap" through the Chunnel
We are renting a Hertz car in London and plan to spend a few days around Dover before taking the shuttle through the Chunnel to Calais on their "LE Swap" program. We have been to Europe many times but this is pur first time in England.
Using Microsoft's "Auto Europe" map program we have located the loading station in Folkestone England, but canot find the unload point in Calais or the Hertz office where we are to exchange the car for a left side drive.
Since niether of us speak French we want to learn as much as we can about how all this works before we arrive there on May 12. Does anyone have any information that might help?

Presumably you have the address of Hertz in Calais? Google Calais street map. Even if you don't speak French, I guess youcan read one of those?
