It should be easy to get a taxi cab, but in my experience traffic in
central London has become heavier - perhaps because of widespread road
works, and taxis can be an expensive option. Only yesterday a journey at
around 3pm from near Euston station to Fulham cost me about UKP24.
Getting the tube to Hammersmith and a taxi from there might be the
quickest and cheapest way (although the traffic's heavy around
Hammersmith at any time of day).
