Default Financial Advisors

I am wondering as Expats what type of financial products are of interest to us. What do you look for in an advisor in Europe? And do you use them?

That sounds like the kind of question a financial advisor might ask

I am trying to do a bit of research to bring the right products to expats in Europe. I know advisors offer supplementary pension plans and regular savings plans along with perhaps Education planning. But I wondered what else people need when they are abroad. Mortgages for instance? Buy to let advice? Tax advice in the country they are working in?

I have spoken to a few different companies and all seem to offer the same products.

So any input from people on this forum would be greatly valued
