At the last count it's 174 countries which accept a British citizen passport without a visa which makes its joint number one with Finland, Sweden and Germany. Not sure what's meant by the rest of that post though.

Mmmmm its a bit too much of a sweeping statement really! Visa presumably meaning entry as a tourist, goodness knows where the 90 days comes from
