Thumbs up Anyone done the Gap Training for A grade?

Anyone done the Gap training two week course and capstone(WA)? I've got the course in a couple of weeks. I would like to have a bit of an idea of what to expect. I'm trying to brush up on current carrying capacity, max demand and voltage drop. After this i'm booked in for the comms course then i will be able to book the capstone as i have completed the logbook.

I am starting to panic about the theory side of things as I have never used it since I done at college 7 years ago.

I would be grateful for any tips or areas to spend some time on. Also, if anyone knows the isolation procedure as the want it. I cant remember as it it was a while since i done the vetassess assesment but I can remember that there were a couple of steps that were different from the one I am used to.

Many Thanks

You can still get a copy of the isolation procedure from the Vetassess site but I always remember SILT - Stop, Isolate, Lock Off, Test - didn't have any problems with the prac or gap training.

I did gap training in SA - all the wiring rules, lots of max demand, cable sizing, volt drops, etc. Also covered LVR, CPR and OH&S.

Not too many posters around but hopefully someone who's completed the training from WA will wander through
