Hi,

Can anyone tell me because my OH keeps asking, is there anything like the NICEIC over in oz, or completion certs, periodic inspection certs, emergency lighting certs etc. It drives him mad filling all these certs in!!!!

There are completion certificates to fill in which is one page of a few tick box's and the odd result and thats about it! Tell you OH he'l forget everything he ever learned about testing!

Tell him your average new build house takes around half an hour to test. Watch his face light up!

Face lit up like bonfire night and words similar to freakin hell were uttered, he is now waiting for No. 2 son to come home so he can tell him as he's a sparky and will be emigrating with us.
