Question Much work North of Newcastle?? NSW/QLD?

Hi can anyone help?

Looking North of Sydney but South of Brisbane, anyone know if there's much work there for Electrician?? Would come in as Mech Elec.... Hopefully. like Sydney but too expensive, Brisbane a little too hot. Thought about halfwayish.. Dependent on work for OH.

Any advise in that area would be appreciated. wouldn't mind commute of about 45 mins .

looking of spending up to $400,000 but must be 4 bed, on a house. wouldn't mind a lake or beach nr by. Anyone got any ideas. must be near a good Kindergarten/Primary and Secondary due to Children of all ages...... Healthcare good and Friendly community.

Problem is been researching Vic, but for last month or so been steering towards Sydney coast.....

Please, any advise greatly rec'd xx ta

well i am in that area, but never looked at sparks jobs. i will have at quick look in the local papers for you, wed/sat being the best days.

houses? you can get a lot of house for $400k. sister just bought a 4/5 bed, 2 storey, for $360k. we live semi-rural, lots of nice areas round here. i have 2 kids (one at school already, one just about to start). apparantly, it is the 3rd highest primary school in newcastle (or so i have been told).

let me know if you want any more info.

hi
sleeping beauty
we have looked at port stephens and newcastle too. i particually fancied port s as i've heard there are a lot of horses there and my daughter and I will be leaving ours here in the UK
glad to hear there are sparky jobs in that area - may be able to steer MrW that way instead of queensland if it means horses ( will only be able to look for a while tho!)
regards

what can i say about horses round here...........it is bliss , my head is on a permanent swivel!!! every othere house seems to have a horse. i have even seen some in backyards. there are loads of riding establishments round here, in fact there is a very nice one up for sale in williamtown. it is the local saddlery shop owner, who also runs a place. they are having to sell it due to ill health. i have never owned a horse, but do try to get my horse riding in. just bought our 4 year old daughter her first riding hat!!!
