looking for a ARCT agent

Anyone who could kindly recommend an ARTC agent in Sydney or Melbourne for me. THX

Not sure where he is but Roger Laws handled my skilles assessment for migration purposes and I believe he assists with artc applications too. I think the company is called romara or something similar.
