My PEER course. Thanks to everyone for their help. Only 3 of us in the class. Not that easy but not too hard. Some clauses I couldn't find or got wrong but who cares? I have now applied for my SA licence. Good luck to those who still have it to do. Any questions then just ask. Beer time. Cheers!

For those doing or about to do the PEER route. Make sure you do the book. Though not all questions in the test are covered with what you have already filled in. Actually not many. Make sure you do maximum demand and make sure you get the guy to run through it with you. Make sure you take notes, make sure you take colouring pencils, ruler and sharpener with you. Swot up on impedance. Make sure you ask questions. The teacher we had Jess was very helpful. He was hardly in the class though
. I started with the maximum demand and calculations plus drawing as it was fresh in my head. The other 2 guys started with the clause. I finished hours before them. So its up to you. But I'd say do what i done. Good luck

Well done. Just got my course stuff through last week, so had about 3 days at the course so far.
Started out trying the workbook but decided i needed to read through the regs book. Instead of just trying tolook up answers.
Are you allowed to take the regs book into the exam?
Been here for just shy of the month now and found out today that i can get the dole (newstart) on my spouse visa class100.

Did you apply for your A - grade license?
How long did / will it take to get it!?

I cant see why not. If you have applied for licence then just tell them that and show your receipt if they want proof. Good luck. BTW when are you heading to Adelaide for the course?

Flights and accommodation booked, we will arrive 5 January. I have been looking for jobs on Seek with no luck!, hopefully it's the fact that i am over here and don't have a license! Waiting for Peer for the new timetable, plan to attend all the classes.
