Default Help wanted on standard circuits in australia

Hi Gents
I am going over to Balcatta in july to do my regs course and practical exam and i am looking for help with the practical in the method of wiring ,ie do they wire lighting as a 3 plate and 2 way and intermediate the same as we do it.Do they wire all power circuits as radials. Is the bonding the same as we do.
Is it worth bringing a few of my own tools over as well as test equipment as i dont know what they provide.

Any help would be appreciated

Regards
